Socket Weld Flanges
Socket Weld Flanges (SWRF) are counter-bored, which means that the bores of the pipe and the flange are the same. This allows for good product flow through the pipe. Our SMO 254 socket weld flanges are now used in high-pressure systems as well, after initially being employed for small-sized high-pressure pipes. Our stainless steel socket weld flanges help improve weldability and fabricability while being oxidation-resistant. For the LNG, marine, and mining industries, we aim to provide ANSI B16.5 carbon steel socket weld flanges with outstanding stress corrosion cracking resistance.
